Current Pricing, Sent With Its Date
The newest developer price sheet in WIRE Miami's files for Rivage is dated February 24, 2026. That is older than the 180 days after which we stop publishing a sheet's figures, so this page carries no price range. The current list goes to you directly, with the date of the source, when you register.
With 56 homes in the building, a handful of sales can close out a line, and a sheet from last winter says little about what is available today. The current list arrives with the lines, floors and penthouses still open, so you are choosing from what can actually be bought.
I do not quote a floor price for a building of 56 homes, because the lowest number on any sheet is usually the first one gone. Ask for the full list and compare like for like: the same line, the same exposure, interior to interior.

Four Things That Move the Number
The line
C, B and A on Floors 2 to 17, the two larger homes on Floors 18 to 21, and the three penthouses, each a step in size and price.
The view
A and B face the Atlantic from the great room; C faces west over the Intracoastal and the sunset.
The floor
The same plan is priced up as it rises, so a lower C or B is the most direct way into the building.
Timing
The developer intends to raise pricing as the building sells: the most sought-after lines and floors move first and are repriced.
Forty Percent Before Closing
The developer's fact sheet sets the deposits at 20 percent at contract, 10 percent at groundbreaking, 10 percent at top-off and the 60 percent balance at closing. Rivage broke ground in September 2024, so for a contract signed now the purchase agreement sets when the second 10 percent falls due; the developer's deposit document puts it 90 days after contract.
The same fact sheet estimates maintenance at $2.10 per square foot. Completion is estimated for 2027, and the developer has not published a firm date.
Per the developer's published schedule. The purchase agreement governs every term.
How a Purchase Works
- Choose a residence from the developer's current list by line, floor and view
- Review the plan, the deposit schedule and the proposed budget in writing before you sign
- Sign the purchase agreement; Florida law gives you 15 days to cancel after signing and receiving the condominium documents
- Fund the deposits into escrow on the schedule the agreement sets
- Close when the building is completed, estimated for 2027
